Harold Phillips | Published on 7/31/2026

AGMA UNITED, the staff union of the
American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) and the National Organization of Legal Services Workers (NOLSW), UAW Local 2320, have announced the ratification of their first union contract. This two-year agreement marks the beginning of a shared commitment between AGMA leadership and AGMA UNITED to build a work environment where staff can continue to serve AGMA members effectively.

“AGMA UNITED is proud to have reached an agreement that represents a meaningful investment in the future of not only our staff but AGMA as a whole,” said the AGMA UNITED Negotiating Committee

"AGMA is pro-union to its core, and I believe this process demonstrated exactly that," said Jeffrey Boyd, National Executive Director, AGMA.

The contract was overwhelmingly ratified and became effective on July 24, 2026. Among other contract wins, AGMA staff negotiated key wins on salary increases, seniority bonuses, work-life balance provisions, and improved benefits.
