CWA-Canada has filed unfair labor practice complaints against Microsoft-owned Bethesda Game
Studios (BGS) for bargaining in bad faith with workers in Montreal, Québec. Game and media workers formed their union earlier this year and are bargaining for a first contract. Bethesda Game Studios is known for blockbuster franchises like Fallout and Elder Scrolls.
